It has the mechanical properties of steel pipe, and has the corrosion resistance of plastic pipe, the service life is three times that of ordinary galvanized pipe, at the same time, the inner wall is smooth, the fluid resistance in the pipe is small, no scaling, no breeding microorganisms, the fluid is not contaminated by secondary pollution, is the ideal pipeline for conveying direct drinking water, acid, alkali, salt, corrosive gas and other media. The diameter of the plastic-lined composite pipe has been based on the standard nominal diameter from DN15 to DN300, and can even be larger. The length is the same as above 6000mm allowable deviation +2mm. According to the conveying medium, it can be divided into cold water lined plastic tubes and hot water lined plastic tubes. The plastic layer in the plastic lining pipe for cold water is polyethylene code PE, and the bonding strength between the base pipe and the plastic lining layer is not less than 1.0MPa. The plastic layer in the hot-water lined plastic pipe is heat-resistant polyethylene code PE-RT, and the bonding strength between the base pipe and the lining plastic layer is not less than 1.5MPa. As a pressure water supply pipe, the pressure resistance can reach 1.6MPa and 2.5MPa according to the different wall thickness of the base pipe.
